Shipping policy

SkyMapper Shipping Policy

For SkyBridge, SkySphere and Branded Merchandise we partner with DHL Express to provide reliable and fast international shipping for all SkyMapper products, including telescopes, accessories, and merchandise.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days via DHL Express.

  • International: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.


Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions (details will be shown at checkout).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once the package reaches your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SkyMapper has no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.


Order Tracking

  • All orders include DHL tracking.

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your package ships.


Undeliverable Packages

  • If DHL cannot deliver due to incorrect address or refusal, the order may be returned to us.

  • Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@skymapper.io with photos, and we’ll work with DHL to resolve the issue.


Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Some oversized telescopes may have additional handling requirements; these will be noted on the product page.
